Mentorship
The S3C Foundation offers a 12-week mentorship designed to support survivors and emerging clinicians as they build sustainable skills, voice, and community connection. Over the course of the program, mentees meet regularly with experienced guides who center survivor-led knowledge and relational, body-aware approaches to growth. Each week builds on the last, moving from establishing trust and clarifying goals toward developing practical capacities that participants can carry into their own work and lives. The mentorship holds space for reflection and skill development, with attention to pacing, balance, and the realities of doing this work while caring for oneself. By the end of the twelve weeks, participants leave with strengthened confidence, a clearer sense of their own direction, and an ongoing relationship to a community that values their contribution.
